Ohtels La Hacienda Hotel - La Pineda

While the place could have been lovely, I was dumbfounded learning about the extra charges for drinks even with Pension Completa. The rude staff seemed shocked when I asked for free water-only to inform me about some hotel tap water. I expected a room upgrade as a courtesy for these inconveniences, but clearly that was too much to ask for.

The hotel is gorgeous, has lovely views and stunning location right by the waterpark, the Shambhala roller coaster/Dragon Khan and the beach or portaventura theme park. It has pretty friendly and incredibly nice staff from the manager to the restaurant to the bar and pretty good facilities.

Stunningly beautiful place, it has enthusiastic staff from the manager to the restaurant to the bar. A double room for children also has basic facilities you need. This is a great and perfect location in La Pineda.

The entrance and reception area was very grand.

We had specifically booked for the indoor pool and gym facilities but on arrival discovered that all facilities were closed on a Monday which we had not been made aware of. It is close to airport but extremely expensive to get there by taxi approx 35 euros. The information centre at airport were most unhelpful about information regarding the airport shuttle and we were not given any further details when making a booking about how to go about booking aiport shuttle even though we requested that we needed it.

Beds were large, great pool area. An excellent breakfast was served there. Even the Reus airport was not so far. Set adjacent to lumine golf club.

the indoor pool is a total rip-off, gotta pay extra for that. loved the friendly staff though, super helpful. room was big with great shower. also, location is spot on, close to beach and shops!

Hotel was very nice except a few issues in the room.

The water was cold for a shower and even after 15 minutes didn't heat up. The bathroom smelt funny, like a sewer.

Ensure to ask staff about themed food nights and children's activities for full enjoyment during your stay.

Far away from the sea. Small family rooms, not worth paying for. Loud music. Bad for family couples with children. No knowledge of English. 3 stars the upmost. Low variety of food. Oil refinery in sight, sometimes odor.

This place is great for families, with awesome water slides and plenty of activities for everyone, including tennis courts for those who enjoy sports. My teenage daughter loved the pool, and we had a blast bonding together. The staff was super friendly too!

My kids wished the entertainment suited younger ones better.

Good hotel with great amenities like a seasonal outdoor pool, snack bar, and children's play area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions for the attractions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the fresh omelette station at breakfast! I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hacienda, with clean family accommodations that offered ample space for our daughters. The kids loved the vibrant pool area and water slides, keeping us entertained every day. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach for evening strolls with fine sunsets. Minor issues arose around dining timings, but overall, it suited our family well.
